Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during new expansion and special product releases and during holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
JCM Cards ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically be active/updated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
JCM Cards is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Ownership of packages transfers from JCM Cards to the buyer once turned over to USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
JCM Cards offers shipping insurance through Route. Buyers can select shipping insurance at checkout.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
