It was a bit confusing since I had ordered additional products and they were also included in the box so I wasn't sure which product was which but I figured it out. Once I figured out what the $200 Mystery Box contents, I was slightly underwhelmed. Got two Build & Battle Boxes, a PCi deck box, Dragonite coin (which I noted Dragonite is one of my favorites!), a JPN pack, some CZ packs, and other misc. items. Then came the black envelope... a graded Blastoise Base 2!!! Also noted Blastoise is another favorite and this turned it around for me. I started playing with the original base set and had a deck that revolved around Blastoise rain dance. I look back on those summer camp days with fondness, but sadly I never protected those vintage cards (you don't think about that as a kid). So to get this was a blast from the past -- would recommend and NOTE YOUR FAVORITE POKEMON in the notes!!
Compared to the $100 box I ordered, a little bit disappointed in the selection I received. The packs were interesting, with the oldest being Evolutions (was hoping for a BW era one, but that’s okay), the funko was neat, and the custom booster was fun. But, was not a fan of the deck being in there, and that being $30 of the value, is a bit lost on me. The graded cards, while appreciated, the ones chosen just weren’t my taste. I would likely order it again, however. Solid 7.5/10
